Heatup has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are fully committed to protecting minors and maintaining a secure environment for all users.
1. Age Restriction
Heatup is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. No one under 18 may create an account, provide personal information, or engage with our services.
- Age Verification: Users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration.
- Account Deletion: If we discover an account belonging to someone under 18, we will immediately delete the account and any associated data.
- Reporting: If you suspect a user is underage, please report them immediately using our in-app reporting tool or by contacting us directly.

Heatup strictly prohibits the creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — including photos, videos, text, audio, and AI-generated content.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for content, behavior, or interactions that facilitate, promote, or involve child sexual abuse and exploitation.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors and content are strictly prohibited on Heatup:

- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving child exploitation, including images, videos, text, or links.
- Grooming: Any attempt to befriend, manipulate, or exploit minors for sexual purposes, whether online or offline.
- Sexualization of Minors: Content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse or sexualization of children.
- Sextortion: Threats or blackmail involving a child's intimate images.
- Child Trafficking: Soliciting, advertising, or facilitating the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Inappropriate Interaction: Any behavior targeted at minors that involves groping, caressing, or other forms of predatory conduct.
- Age Verification Fraud: Attempts to deceive our age- or identity-verification process.
Any attempt to engage in these behaviors will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.
4. Detection & Moderation
To protect users and prevent CSAE violations, we implement the following measures:

- Human Moderation: Our moderation team reviews flagged content and investigates potential violations.
- User Reporting: Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the app.
- Content Audits: We carry out regular, random content audits to identify and remove prohibited content.
- Immediate Action: Any verified CSAM content will be removed immediately, and the associated account will be permanently banned.
5. Reporting Mechanism
Users can report any content, message, or user behavior that appears harmful or inappropriate via our in-app "Report" button.
- How to Report: Tap the three dots (⋮) or the flag icon on a user's profile or in a chat to report them.
- Review Process: Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and takes action as needed.
- Anonymous Reporting: You can report concerns anonymously — your identity will be protected.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation
We take our legal obligations seriously and cooperate fully with law enforcement and relevant authorities.
- Mandatory Reporting: Any detected CSAE content or activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
- NCMEC Reporting: Confirmed CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authorities.
- Evidence Preservation: We preserve evidence for law enforcement investigations.
- User Cooperation: Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or content related to CSAE.

- Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy — requiring published CSAE standards, in-app reporting, and CSAM removal
- COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) — protecting children's privacy online
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) — protecting personal data of all users, including minors
- UK Online Safety Act — requiring proactive detection and reporting of CSAM
- Local Laws: All applicable child protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate
9. Consequences of Violation

- Content Removal: Any verified CSAM content will be removed immediately.

- No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to CSAE violations.
